PDF Creation (all those approved must submit, including in person registrants): A pdf file of the poster must be uploaded so that everyone can have online access to the work. Alternatively, a PowerPoint file with just one slide, without animations, effects or transitions can be made.

Submitting a video is recommended: submitting a video with the presentation can facilitate communication between “online” and “in person” participants. The videos will be available on the event platform from the first day (Nov 29th), so participants can access the presentations in advance and on the day of the poster presentations in online format, the conversations and discussions about the study can be more objective, since that any person interested in clarifying doubts about the work will have already seen a previous presentation on the platform.

Step 1: You can use any tool like: Zoom, Google Meet, Loom, PowerPoint, etc. Video should be recorded on a notebook
or desktop with a good webcam or computer webcam. We do not recommend cell phone recording due to the need to
include presentation slides. The maximum video time is 5 minutes.
